Hello again! I’m Ayan.

I’m a Product Design Manager. At the start of my career in 2009, I worked for an HVAC company as a project admin and business analyst for 3 years. I bridged the gap between the stakeholders and the technical teams on projects, helped define business requirements, and monitored progress while exploring opportunities to improve the business. In the pursuit of finding ways to drive the business forward, I leaned towards understanding the role internal users (employees) played. It was critical to have efficient processes and tools that led to high productivity and an increase in sales and revenue.

It was not surprising that my journey drove me to user experience. My fixation on clean and intuitive designs continued. I learned to use design tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, and Axure to articulate design concepts and interactions. Working for a research-focused consulting firm allowed me to sharpen and expand on my qualitative research skills. And for the last 10+ years, I’ve been cracking UX challenges, advocating for users, and helping businesses improve experiences while meeting key business objectives.
